Scope: ​OTTO completed an extensive upgrade of the amenities within the centre for QIC. The design and construct works consisted of redesign of the amenities format, the use modern design finishes and the staging of works to maintain access for the centres patrons. All works were carried out to minimise disruption to neighbouring tenancies, and inline with the clients strict budget
