With over 20 years’ experience in construction, Ryan specialises in project and design management, cost planning, and financial leadership. Holding both Commercial and Domestic Builder’s Licences, he leads OTTO with a strong focus on quality delivery, integrity, and long-term client partnerships.

Co-Founder & Director

Trystan brings over 20 years of industry experience leading complex projects for high-profile clients. He drives excellence across project planning, financial management, and safety and quality outcomes, while fostering strong relationships built on honesty, collaboration, and customer focus.

Tobie Martin

Tobie brings strong leadership experience and financial expertise to his role as Construction Manager, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. He has worked on some key OTTO projects across 10 years, including Melbourne Central, Emporium & Esports upgrades, Jalna Factory and Waterman Eastland.

Dan Zagame

Dan has 20 years of experience in construction, having worked on major Tier 1projects, including Royal Geelong Yacht Club, Richmond Quarter, and Kardinia International College Aquatic Centre. He provides strong leadership in project coordination and partnership from concept design through to delivery.

Estimating Manager

Levi Ebert

Levi has over 10 years’ experience, providing comprehensive analysis and interpretation of construction cost and delivery. He leads the estimating team through tender and project design, offering partners and suppliers complex value analysis, and building positive relationships.

Full Commitment to Excellence

The project team would be hand-selected to suit the key requirements of the delivery process. A Project Director would be appointed for the full project duration, supported by a Design Manager and an Estimating/Cost Planner during the design phase. A Project Manager and Administration Team would be involved throughout both the design and delivery phases, while a Site Manager, along with the associated Foreman and site labour, would be engaged during the delivery phase.
