Waterman Bundoora is a 1100sqm tenancy located on Level 2 of Uni Hill. The overall design of the space was a nod to Art Deco, bringing in a stunning curved glass block wall showcased at the reception. In reception, there are 3 meeting rooms and a large boardroom. Past the turnstiles, the tenancy now consists of over 30 suites, along with a large co-working space, terrazzo kitchen, bolon floors, quiet working booths and breakout spaces. The overall project was achieved within both timelines and budget.
