A change of use project, where the existing building based in Ringwood has been changed from a residential property to a commercial Veterinary Clinic. Internal works on the clinic consisted of a reception area, 3 consultation rooms, an X-Ray room, laboratory, kennel area & staff amenities. External works consisted of a new welcoming entry with DDA ramp, signage, driveway, gate, landscaping, commercial storm water, windows, fire escapes, and the addition of 12 on site car parking spaces for customers.
