Hai Di Lao

The project involved the reconfiguration of the Back of House (BOH) areas and tenancies on level 3. Additionally, slab penetrations were made to accommodate two new KEX (Kitchen Exhaust) systems. Existing services will be reticulated to make way for new services required for HDL. On level 4, the BOH underwent further reconfiguration to create space for the HDL plant room. A new Front of House (FOH) corridor complete with new tiling and precast cutouts to accommodate a new lift floor. To ensure the proper functioning of the expanded facilities, hydraulic services were installed for new grease interceptor traps, running from level 3 down to the basement, and ventilation will be provided to the above floors up to the roof.

 

Mechanical equipment and Main Switchboards (MSSB) were installed from level 6, and new metering implemented in the basement to accommodate HDL. Structural steel was used to support the KEX run, extending from level 3 to the roof in the food court. Additionally, reconfiguration and reinstatement of amenities to meet the requirements of the expanded and upgraded building.
