The Amada Dandenong Plaza Woolworths Fresh Food Precinct redevelopment involved extensive upgrades in the centre of levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 for the Retpro Group. The scope of works included the installation and commissioning of a Kone travelator unit, a new void infill within a live trading level of the centre, and the construction of a new vehicular ramp to the centre's main entrance. 

The OTTO project team successfully delivered the project milestones whilst managing the challenges of construction within a live shopping centre environment. OTTO effectively worked with all stakeholders involved in the project team, including the architect, structural engineer, building surveyor and client, to successfully manage and mitigate the inherent risks associated with significant structural upgrades of this nature.
