Scope: Infill to an existing warehouse to create 300 metres squared of additional office area for our client. OTTO managed the concept design, town planning permit and application process, and the construction of works. The building works were carried out whilst the tenant maintained occupation and works were programmed around to suit the tenant and owners business operating requirements. New amenities, kitchen, and loading facilities were also introduced into the extended area.
