OTTO Construction, engaged by Case Meallin for the Royal Geelong Yacht Club, is delivering the Geelong Waterfront Safe Harbour Precinct Project Sailing School and OTB Building. Spanning 1,900m² across three levels, the architecturally designed development enhances the club’s coastal setting.

The project features a complex structural system, including piled foundations, post-tension slabs, pre-cast panel columns, structural steel, and advanced services like vertical transport, rainwater harvesting, and premium finishes.
