Scope: OTTO were engaged to carry out office upgrade to Gorman Kelly ‘s Hawthorn office. Works involved re-design to meet the clients budget and coordination of works whilst the office remained operational. Key services and structural works were carried out after business hours to minimise disruption to the entire building.
