The extension and upgrade of the existing Eastland Shopping Centre across multiple areas includes works to the level 2 lift lobby, lift car refresh, level 3 storage space de-fit, including base building works and extension to suit a new 3000+sqm office space. This incorporated amenities relocation and transformation of an existing back of house walkway to allow patrons easier access to facilities via level 3. The adjacent side of the mall was penetrated to create a link for ease of access to Hoyts and a small dining area. This incorporated custom joinery, new finishes and balustrade. Furthermore, balustrade upgrades to the level 4 lobby area and tiling finishes throughout to an upgraded standard.
