OTTO transformed the former Rosetta’s restaurant at Crown Resorts, right in the heart of the busy Yarra Promenade. Working in a live environment meant careful planning, smart staging, and minimal disruption to Crown’s daily operations. The project included a full strip-out, a brand-new operable facade system, a stylish bar, terraced dining, and a refreshed commercial kitchen. Completed within a tight September-to-December timeline, this showcases OTTO’s expertise in managing complex constructions within active spaces and delivering high-end finishes on time.
