This school upgrade project delivered comprehensive remedial works on a tight schedule to minimise disruption. Structural steel affected by corrosion was treated and coated with a high-performance system to extend its lifespan. Internal works involved the removal of existing linings and moisture membranes, replaced with new vapour control and insulation systems to improve thermal performance. Mechanical systems were modified, and energy-efficient lighting was installed, while new wall and floor finishes refreshed the building interiors. The building envelope was enhanced with custom aluminium cladding, improved insulation, and roof compliance upgrades through a tailoured Performance Solution.
