GANDEL OFFICE & GALLERY FITOUT

Scope: OTTO were engaged by repeat client, the Gandel Group, to carry out an upgrade to their Chairman’s office on level 9 and gallery space. The Office fit out comprised of service relocation and alterations, with the installation of new aluminum and glazed shopfront and the reconfiguration of walls – with joinery to match. The gallery space comprised of upgrading and altering Mechanical, electrical and Fire services – with the increased alteration to the plasterboard ceiling. The ceiling alterations required several bulkheads and new access panels to be added, as well as a unique curved plasterboard inset – to act as a sound canceling ceiling for any musical performances held in their new art gallery.
