Waterman Eastland is an exciting high-end fit-out project in the heart of one of Australia’s fastest-growing shopping centres. After completing the base build works, OTTO were again appointed to complete the 2nd stage of the project – the Fitout. Spread over 3,000+ sqm of coworking office space, the project includes 37 suites with glazing partitions, 5 meeting rooms, a communal kitchen, and training rooms, along with a reception & barista bar, all located on a raised subfloor. OTTO have coordinated the works closely with centre management & the client, ensuring a hassle-free fit-out throughout the construction process. Although facing challenges throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, OTTO have adapted to a new way of working and delivering projects, as demonstrated with Waterman Eastland.
