Scope: Waterman Eastland is an exciting high end fit-out project in the heart of one of Australia’s fastest growing shopping centres. After completing the base build works, OTTO were again appointed to complete the 2nd stage of the project – the Fitout. Spread over 3000+sqm of coworking office space, the project includes 37 suites with glazing partitions, 5 meeting rooms, communal kitchen, along with training rooms, reception & barista bar all located on a raised sub floor. OTTO have coordinated the works closely with centre management & the client, ensuring a hassle free fit-out throughout the construction process. Although facing challenges throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, OTTO have adapted to a new way of working and delivering projects, as demonstrated with Waterman Eastland.
