OTTO carried out the extended remix & backfill of 65 tenancies, as a result of the new Stage 40 Development undertaken in the centre. Works consisted of the soft strip out of tenancies; stair and lift removals, and void infills from a demolition perspective; building of intertenancy walls and base build service upgrades for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services. Due to the nature and location of works, fully engineered hoardings were installed as a delineation zone between the worksite and retail mall spaces, and all noisy works were carried out of hours.
