Scope: OTTO were awarded the Chadstone Shopping Centre Carpark Upgrade.  Due to their live site experience, works were carried out directly opposite the centres number 1 entry and within major tenant control zones, staging was critical to maintain access and tenant covenants. Works were completed in line with the centre brief and operational requirements..
