Stage one of the Bayside office redevelopment, delivered in two phases by OTTO, transformed a former food court into two modern office spaces. The project included high-quality finishes, IT-ready walls, and amenities in the larger suite. We also upgraded the food court facilities, revamped the common mall area with a new lobby, and improved access with a widened airlock off the bridge link.
