Allendale Residents Club will contain a full-sized gym, cafe, basketball court and 25m lap pool once complete for the residents of Five Farms in Clyde North. The main building area slab contains 2 concrete pours. A mixture of light gauge steel and traditional steel was used for the building structure, imported Spanish bricks in a predominately stack bond pattern with bespoke joinery throughout. A space created where people can enjoy and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.for collaboration and innovation.
