The completed Allendale Residents Club includes a full-sized gym, cafe, basketball court and 25m lap pool once complete for the residents of Five Farms in Clyde North. The main building area slab contains 2 concrete pours. A mixture of light-gauge steel and traditional steel was used for the building structure, with imported Spanish bricks in a predominantly stack bond pattern with bespoke joinery throughout. A space created where people can enjoy and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle, for collaboration and innovation.
