OTTO carried out the extended remix & backfill of 65 tenancies, as a result of the new Stage 40 Development undertaken in the centre. Works consisted of the soft strip-out of tenancies; stair and lift removals; void infills from a demolition perspective; and the building of intertenancy walls and base build service upgrades for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services. Due to the nature and location of the works, fully engineered hoardings were installed to delineate the worksite from the retail mall, and all noisy works were carried out of hours.
