Scope: Demolishion of existing access stair to IKEA, structural modifications to accommodate new escalator and access stair to improve the access to and from IKEA. All works were undertaken outside trading hours to ensure the centre remained operational, and to minimise disruption to surrounding retailers. Large sections of new structure were prefabricated to minimise on site fabrication time.
