Scope: Starting with creation of a new lane way connecting La Trobe street to the center, this extensive refurbishment of Menzies Alley and ELLA Hub helped create a new modern feel to the centre. This was achieved through the introduction of new features, rejuvenation of general mall finishes, furniture and the addition of new tenancy spaces with some comprising of multi-level shop fronts.
