Scope: OTTO have been engaged by Newmark Capitial to deliver the refurbishment of the retail mall which includes demolition of planter boxes and re tiling over existing tiling, new conceirge area and upgrade to existing lighting and mechanical services. Works also consist of several lobby and amenity upgrades to the office tower area of the building.  Works expected to be completed by November 2020
