Scope: Demolition to all internal mall tiling and replacement with new tiling, painting and electrical/mechanical upgrades and replacement as well as new amenities for the centre. The exterior works consisted of new epoxy exterior flooring, entrance canopy upgrades and painting to all facades to give it a fresh and vibrant look.
