Scope: Stage one of the Bayside offices redevelopment was completed in two separable portions, both contracted to OTTO. The project encompassed the demolition of an existing food court space and the construction of two new spacious offices. These offices were equipped with floor and ceiling finishes, as well as warm shell IT walls. Additionally, the larger of the two suites featured separate male, female, and DDA toilet/shower facilities.


In addition to the office spaces, the project also involved refurbishing the existing food court amenities and improving the common mall area. This included the creation of a common lobby, enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetics of the space. Furthermore, the project encompassed widening and upgrading the existing airlock off the bridge link, improving access and flow for occupants and visitors alike.
